As a Mathematics Teacher at AESA, you will teach and support high school students across our in-person program at AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona In-Person Teaching Teach mathematics face-to-face in small high school classes. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American high school mathematics curriculum. Communicate with parents, Student Support, and school leadership regarding student progress when appropriate.

Teacher-of-Record Responsibilities Serve as the teacher of record for assigned mathematics courses through AESA Prep International. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education, Engineering, Physics, or another field with a strong mathematics component. Previous teaching experience.





Ability to confidently teach mathematics through at least Fluent English, Legal authorization to work in Spain. Available to start immediately. Teaching qualification or certification, such as a Máster de Profesorado, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent. 2+ years of secondary/high school mathematics teaching experience.

Ability to teach the full high school mathematics sequence through Calculus.
