- Reconnecting & Re-engaging: Leverage your executive network to identify luxury hotels, venues,



and resorts ready to elevate their guest experience and nightlife concept.
- Peer-to-Peer Dialogue: Speak directly with GMs, Owners, and Asset Managers—understanding their KPIs, yields, and operational language.

• Tailored Concepts: Pitch end-to-end entertainment concepts (resident DJ lineups, signature events, atmosphere design) fully supported by our production team.

- Unlocking Hidden Value: Help properties transform underutilized square footage into high-yield revenue drivers.

- Proven Track Record: Former GM, Resident Manager, or Director of Operations in 5★, Boutique, or Grand Luxury properties.

WHAT WE OFFER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

We offer you the opportunity to co-lead and commercially exploit our B2B Luxury Hospitality division as a Commercial Partner / Account Executive Director. You will integrate a high-impact Comprehensive Tourism Dynamization & Sound Branding Program into your portfolio, participating directly in the integral margins generated from 5- and 6-figure contracts at ZERO FINANCIAL RISK (the client fully funds the production and artist fees).

• High-Ticket Asset for Portfolio / Proprietary Venues: A strategic, high-value asset to present before boards of directors, hotel owners, and real estate asset management groups. Engineered to directly maximize ADR, RevPAR, and high-margin F&B; consumption, while elevating brand positioning and integrating institutional support and corporate sponsorships.

• 360° Operational, Legal & Production Infrastructure: Direct access to the official booking channel for a top-tier international roster, alongside full tier-one technical production in Spain, executive brand dossiers, and comprehensive B2B Marketing & Sales support.
