Role Description The Service Quality Monitor role is a part-time, remote position focused on evaluating and improving service performance across various customer touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring interactions and processes, assessing adherence to quality standards, documenting findings, and preparing clear reports on service quality metrics.

The role involves identifying trends, root causes of service issues, and opportunities for improvement, while collaborating with relevant teams to share insights and recommend corrective actions.

The Service Quality

Monitor also supports the development and refinement of quality guidelines, contributes to training materials, and ensures that feedback loops are maintained to enhance overall service consistency.

Qualifications

- Strong Service Quality and Quality Control skills, with the ability to evaluate performance against established standards.




- Experience or knowledge in Quality Management, including process improvement and compliance with quality frameworks.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written reporting and constructive feedback to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, video conferencing platforms).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage part-time remote work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or quality assurance is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, operations management, quality assurance, or a related field is an advantage.
