About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a global technology team supporting large-scale cloud-native environments and business-critical applications. This role is adecuado for professionals passionate about cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, observability, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud platforms while driving automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across international environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the operation, maintenance, and governance of public cloud infrastructure, including containers, virtual machines, storage, and networking services.
- Support and govern databases, middleware platforms, and cloud-native environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and proactively resolve incidents, performance issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Manage the deployment, release, and operational support of containerized and cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with international teams to define and implement infrastructure and application management standards.
- Drive application modernization, migration, and architecture optimization initiatives.
- Monitor resource utilization and continuously improve system efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with Linux administration and networking concepts,



including TCP/IP and HTTP.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, including production support and operation of Kubernetes Operators.
- Experience building and maintaining monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly ArgoCD.
- Experience with cloud-native gateway technologies such as:
- Nginx
- APISIX
- Envoy
- Knowledge of messaging platforms including:
- Kafka
- RabbitMQ
- RocketMQ
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language:
- Python
- Shell scripting
- Understanding of international data privacy and compliance regulations, including GDPR.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements

- Professional communication skills in English are required.
- Chinese language skills are highly desirable due to regular collaboration with international engineering and operations teams.
- Candidates with the legal right to work in Spain are preferred. Qualified international candidates who meet the technical requirements will also be considered.
