Strong SRE / Production Support background Monitoring & observability tools: DataDog, VictorOps, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus Automation and scripting experience (Python preferred) AWS infrastructure operations and cloud reliability engineering Experience working with JIRA and ServiceNow Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in collaboration with engineering teams
