You will design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure, identity platforms, endpoint management solutions, and SaaS applications. 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, or similar roles. ~ Strong hands-on JAMF administration experience in a macOS-heavy environment. ~ Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, particularly Microsoft Entra ID. ~ Expertise in endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patch management, and lifecycle management. ~ Advanced scripting and automation skills, with a track record of building scalable IT automation solutions. ~ Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.



~ Experience managing and optimizing macOS endpoints through enterprise MDM solutions. ~ Strong understanding of SaaS administration, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure. ~ Demonstrated ability to improve IT processes, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency. ~ Strong customer-service mindset and experience supporting senior stakeholders and business-critical teams. ~ Fluency in Spanish and English.

Experience working in a technology company or engineering-led environment. Knowledge of endpoint security controls and secure-by-design IT operations.

Experience with automation platforms and/or configuration management solutions at scale. Previous experience mentoring colleagues and serving as a senior technical reference within an IT team. Relevant certifications in JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, IT Service Management (ITIL), or Security and Compliance frameworks.
