They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform.

What You'll Do: Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka Lead technical decisions, code reviews and engineering best practices Mentor engineers and support the team's technical development Collaborate with AI, Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions Stay hands-on,
