Deep competence in Java coding best practices, design patterns, and REST APIs. Expertise in Spring Boot, JPA, XML, Swing, RMI, Hibernate, EJB, Angular, Ionic, IBM MQ, or Kafka is a plus. Strong proficiency in SQL database management, including Oracle DBMS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Strong operational understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities,



accompanied by strong interpersonal skills and fluent English language communication (written and spoken). Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Lead Developer or Technical Lead role.

Experience utilizing tools such as SVN, Tortoise, Eclipse, Maven, Ant, Ansible, Gitlab, or Bamboo across Linux, Windows, and AWS environments.
