At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join a leading international company in the Consumer Healthcare sector. Main responsibilities: Lead infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments. Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business objectives. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services. Drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives. Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple locations. Establish governance, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business teams to deliver strategic projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Who are you? Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure leadership roles. Strong expertise in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace services. Experience managing third-party providers and outsourced services. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading international or distributed teams. Fluent English. Nice to have: Experience in regulated environments. ITIL certification or Service Management expertise. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices. Experience with M365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies. Who are we?
