Our Service & Sales Assistants are the key administrative members of the team, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience for our students supporting them to live their best life while driving great student engagement and customer service in our spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Sale, Sale, and Sale. Support the full sale cycle.Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to drive the student experienceManage the communication across the space and with our students as well as complete all the key administrative tasksEnsure the smooth run of our space throughout the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaroundManage ‘the good' and turn around the ‘not so good' - meaning you'll handle complaints and offer excellent student experiences to our students

You’ll need great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels.
Requirements
The ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiativeHighly organized with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularlyIntermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databasesResilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awarenessluency in English and Spanish is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage
