What you'll do
We're looking for an Account Executive to join an international and fast-growing tech team.
If you enjoy prospecting, building relationships with clients and closing deals, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Conduct outbound outreach through calls and emails.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close new business.
Manage your pipeline and work towards sales targets.
Collaborate with other sales teams to generate and convert opportunities.
What we’re looking for
1-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.




Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A proactive, target-oriented and consultative approach.
Experience using CRM and sales tools.
Ability to work in an international environment.
EU work authorization.
Languages
Polish
English or Spanish
Nice to have
SaaS, e-commerce or digital technology experience.
Experience in fast-growing companies or scale-ups.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
