You play a critical part in ensuring the property is always guest‑ready.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipmentInspect property infrastructure, machinery, and systems to ensure safety and functionalityAddress plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair issuesImplement and follow preventive maintenance schedulesRespond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needsInstall basic appliances or equipment as requiredEnsure compliance with local building codes, health,
