About the role

We are looking for a Senior TMS Consultant to join our growing TMS team.

You will work closely with customers to understand their transportation processes and business requirements, translating them into effective Blue Yonder TMS solutions.

The role combines functional TMS expertise, customer consulting and project delivery, with responsibility for leading functional areas throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder TMS solutions.

What you’ll do

- Act as a functional consultant and trusted advisor to customers throughout Blue Yonder TMS implementation and transformation projects.
- Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering and customer workshops, translating business needs into effective TMS solutions.
- Design, configure, test and validate Blue Yonder TMS solutions across relevant transportation processes.
- Take ownership of functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design and testing to training, go-live and hypercare.
- Analyse complex functional issues, identify root causes and drive solutions and process improvements.
- Work closely with customers, Solution Architects,



technical and integration teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives when required.

What we’re looking for

TMS & Industry Experience

- Experience in Transportation Management, Logistics or Supply Chain, with hands-on experience working with TMS solutions.
- Experience with Blue Yonder TMS is a strong advantage.
- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading Transportation Management Solutions, such as IBM (Logistics & Supply Chain) Oracle (OTM), SAP, Manhattan, E2Open, o9 Solutions will also be considered.
- Previous experience in consulting, supply chain, logistics operations or customer-facing roles is highly valued.

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data cleansing, filtering, pivot tables and data analysis.
- Understanding of TMS and ERP integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML and JSON.
- Ability and willingness to learn and use SQL for basic data analysis and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand business needs, translate them into practical solutions and lead customer discussions.
- Strong ownership, autonomy and teamwork, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to continuously learn.

Languages

- Fluent in English, Spanish and French is required
- Italian or other languages will be a plus.
