This is a key role where you will drive design excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams,



and ensure seamless project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own the Design Management Plan, ensuring clear structure and deliveryCoordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process Engineering disciplines, as well as construction, security, and workplace strategy teamsAct as the central point of contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership teamsOrganize and facilitate design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely feedbackOversee the full design coordination process, ensuring consistency across all packagesManage design risks, issues, and changes, tracking them through to resolutionEnsure all design deliverables meet project requirements before submissionSupport value engineering, constructability, and safety-in-design reviewsCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and technical approvals with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the Quality Control Program, including audits, walkthroughs, and issue resolutionCollaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirementsQualificationsDegree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environmentStrong background in technical project management within complex, multidisciplinary environmentsSolid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission (essential)Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience in data centre projects is a strong advantageFluent in Spanish and EnglishAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
