We are seeking an experienced Construction (Site) Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics function for large-scale construction projects. From strategic planning and vendor management to site delivery coordination and inventory control, you will be responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement logistics strategies for materials such as steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and site delivery.Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion.Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases.Implement risk mitigation strategies (e.g., buffer stock, alternative sourcing).Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery.Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldExperienced in logistics or supply chain roles,
preferably in construction or infrastructure projectsExperience with data center or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirableStrong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logisticsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management toolsExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneouslyFluent in Spanish and very good English language skillsWillingness to be present on-site as requiredOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
