As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Company’s Management, your responsibilities will include:
Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability)
Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions
Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions
Deliver actionable insights to top management
Act as a business partner for operational teams
Identify opportunities to optimize financial and operational processes
Profile
You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
You already had a first experience in finance, audit,



or controlling (2 years minimum)
You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
You are comfortable with Excel and curious about BI tools
You speak English and Spanish fluently (C1)
