The HTBA Trainee Program is designed for curious, proactive and open-minded students and early-career talent who are eager to learn, take initiative, embrace new challenges and put their knowledge into practice in a real business environment.

As an HTBA Trainee, you'll become part of one of our teams and gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects from day one. Depending on your background and the opportunities available, you could develop your experience across areas such as R&D;, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, People, Finance, Commercial, and more.





We're looking for people who enjoy collaborating with different teams and perspectives, are comfortable in an international environment, adapt to change and bring curiosity and new ideas to the way we work.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Master's degree (in progress or completed) related to one of our areas of activity.
- Ability to sign a university internship agreement for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 12 months.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Part-time or full-time availability.
- Availability to work from one of our locations in Barcelona or Beniel (Murcia), according to the position.
