This role will partner with key stakeholders to support their business needs while ensuring that payroll is executed on time, accurate and compliant. The Time and Attendance resource will be the first point of contact for supporting change requests and supporting Managers and Time Administrators with time inquiries.REPSONSIBILITIES:Review, enter/validate payroll/time transactions and related data in Replicon and WoffuInvestigate, validate, correct, and provide employee/manager support with overpayments/underpayments when identified/requiredAdminister and resolve cases via the case management system and respond to employees/managers/time partners directly regarding inquires in accordance with all internal SLAsIdentify and/or participate in the identification and development of new procedures and policies striving to drive operational efficiency and recommend changes to optimize operations and improve efficienciesSupport stakeholders by collaborating on new or enhanced programsCompile simple to moderate payroll or time reports for internal payroll validationAssist with troubleshooting pay or time issues and driving resolution both internally and with customersSupport the operation by adhering to both internal and vendor SLAsLead the Time and Attendance change requests from requirements to productionParticipate in projects /enhancements from development to production including system upgrades or new configuration requirements, as neededSKILLS:Minimum 2 years of payroll and/or Time and Attendance Experience , preferable with Replicon or WoffuTechnical Payroll experienceAdvanced English level (C1) written and spoken to communicate with global stakeholdersAdvanced French (written and spoken) will be highly valuedAbility to think analytically and perform detail-oriented tasksExperience working with Service Now case management and/or other case management tools preferredStrong time management and organization skills; ability to effectively multi-taskStrong collaboration and communication skillsStrong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, minimallyKnowledge of payroll/time and attendance related regulations, legislation and guidelines for Zambia, South Africa, Spain, and/or TurkeyExperience in execution of operational process improvementsExperience in Project ManagementAdvanced experience in Word and ExcelIndependent worker and collaborative team playerExperience with Workday as an HR system, preferredADP eTime, Kronos, Replicon, UKG or local time systemsBA/BS degree preferredIndividuals impacted by the Corteva Asturias Workforce Reduction Plan (ERE X/2026) will receive priority consideration for this position, provided they meet the minimum qualifications for the role.Due to the international scope of this role and regular interaction with teams and leadership based in the United States, advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) is required.
