Lead and coordinate customer deployment projects from planning through market launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
Drive the implementation and adoption of standardized project management processes across the European Deployment team.
Identify project risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, taking proactive action to keep projects on track.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into clear operational plans and solutions.
Partner with Product, Technical Deployment, and other stakeholders to solve customer needs and ensure alignment.
Analyze operational and project data to identify insights, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, influencing decisions and negotiating solutions when needed.
Support the development of the Deployment team by sharing knowledge, strengthening project management capabilities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Proven experience leading and managing projects end-to-end.
Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align different interests.
A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience designing, implementing, or improving processes in complex and dynamic environments.
A high level of autonomy, ownership, and organization.




Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers and senior stakeholders.
Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
Experience in technology, SaaS, retail, or other operationally complex environments is a plus.
Experience with systems integrations, SQL, or AWS is a plus, but not required.
