El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality with sustainable, high-impact solutions. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a dedicated IT Support & Security Officer to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our digital infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

- IT Support: Provide first-level remote technical support to staff and volunteers, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Information Security: Monitor cybersecurity controls, administer user access rights, enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA), and promote security awareness.
- Systems Administration: Manage cloud-based collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, oversee data backups, and apply security patches.
- Compliance:



Maintain the confidentiality of stakeholder information and assist with technology-related risk assessments.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, password management, and cloud technologies.
- A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity, with professional certifications (such as CompTIA Security+ or Google Workspace Administrator) highly desired.
- Location within the GMT to GMT+4 time zones.
