• Damage Mitigation: Implement rigorous handling and quality control protocols to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize the product damage rates typical of large-item logistics Strategic Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner seamlessly with our 1PL/3PL transportation teams and white-glove delivery operations to coordinate heavy-item distribution pipelines from the warehouse floor to the final consumer Position Requirements Greenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of successfully launching or managing a large-scale, high-volume distribution center or industrial hub from scratch, with a strong focus on bulky goods, furniture, home appliances, or heavy retail Industrial Leadership: Proven experience managing large operations involving heavy material handling equipment (MHE) and a solid grasp of Spanish warehouse safety regulatio ns (Normas de Seguridad Indust rial) Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for cross-border stakeholder reporting and local staff management.
