Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Benefits based in Spain. You will own the infrastructure powering benefits administration globally, including integrations with carriers, payroll connectivity, and compliance.
You'll lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Payroll Ops, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal in a distributed, asynchronous environment, blending strategic leadership with hands-on prototyping and AI-enabled tooling to solve complex problems.
