Offer Description

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary and highly collaborative environment within the and will receive training in advanced experimental neuroscience and neuroimaging techniques under the supervision of the Principal Investigator of the project, Dr. Abraham Martín. The project will investigate neuronal activity, neurovascular dysfunction, and the early biological events occurring during the hyperacute phase of ischemic stroke.

Requirements

Specific Requirements

Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
Strong academic record.
Previous laboratory experience.
Strong interest in neuroscience, biomedical imaging, and translational research.
Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Previous experience in experimental neuroscience, animal models, or neuroimaging will be considered an advantage,



although training in all project-specific techniques will be provided.
