As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses in your respective market, helping them develop and implement effective

digital advertising strategies .

Your expertise will contribute directly to campaign optimization, business performance, customer success, and sales growth. You will work with businesses to understand their objectives, identify opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations to improve their online advertising results.

Languages We Are Hiring

We are currently hiring candidates fluent in: German – C1 or higher Dutch – C1 or higher Norwegian – C1 or higher Danish – C1 or higher

Good proficiency in

English

What We're Looking For Fluent in one of the target languages: German, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish Good command of English BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, digital marketing,



or outbound B2B sales Strong analytical and communication skills Customer-oriented and commercially minded Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills

What We Offer Full-time position – 39 hours per week Monday to Friday Permanent employment contract Competitive gross annual salary:

€26,000–€30,000 Performance bonus of up to
