Key Responsibilities: Own Spain& Italy marketplace P&L;, delivering on revenue, margin, and free cash flow targets; Define and execute country strategy, grounded in data, with clear prioritisation across categories and growth levers; Drive input metrics (selection expansion, price competitiveness, seller performance, availability)



to achieve output goals; Lead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management, and talent development; Inspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability; Partner with general stakeholders to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints. xqbhyrx
Qualifications: Experience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope; Strong understanding of European marketplace and sellers; Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations; Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams; Proven success in building long-term B2 B and cross border partnerships; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
