Job Purpose

The SAP SD Consultant plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's global SAP landscape . This role combines deep SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation , deployment ,



and support -while also identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities SAP Solution Delivery & Support

- Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.
- Deliver enhancements, process improvements, and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.

Business Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams.
- Act as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) within key functional areas.
