In this role you lead AI adoption enablement, designing and delivering training aligned to an enterprise change plan. You build scalable learning assets, run train-the-trainer programs, and foster communities to sustain adoption. You will shape a knowledge base and an AI champions network to scale support. Your work helps teams apply AI effectively across projects, delivering measurable impact for clients and communities. This is a cross-functional, mission-driven opportunity to influence learning at scale within a general engineering firm.

• Develop or source trainings aligned to the AI change and communications plan
• Create and moderate peer learning spaces for collaboration
• Schedule and deliver training per the enablement plan
• Provide targeted in-the-flow enablement for priority user groups




• Maintain office hours and publish how-to guides and FAQs
• Design role-based learning paths, self-paced modules, and instructor-led materials
• Own and govern the knowledge base including taxonomy and content lifecycle
• Run the AI champions network and sustain community rhythms
• Run train-the-trainer programs and improve content findability to reduce support demand
