You lead the Aragón data center region, building and guiding a high-performing team to ensure safety, availability, and efficiency in a 24/7 operation. You shape regional operational strategy aligned with AWS standards while adapting to rapid growth. You drive process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale infrastructure. This leadership role offers the chance to build a new region from the ground up and impact global operational excellence.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build, lead, and develop a team of Data Center Managers and 100+ associates; recruit and grow leaders
• Define and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with AWS standards




• Own operational KPIs; drive safety, availability, and efficiency improvements
• Plan and execute data center build-out operations for regional expansion
• Lead incident management for Large Scale Events and act as call leader
• Collaborate across AWS teams to share best practices and contribute to integral standards
