In this role you support the Store Manager to lead sales, service, operations and security, ensuring the Tiffany store delivers exceptional client experiences. You mentor and coach the team, strengthening client relationships and acting as a Guest Experience Manager to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be a visible leader on the floor, shaping service standards and hospitality. The position emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold Tiffany’s legacy and growth.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant client-related experience xqbhyrx
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition in the market
• Flexibility to work on the sales floor, in operations, etc.
• Spanish (Catalan) and English speaking abilities are mandatory; a third language is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in gemology is preferred (Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework)
