In this role, you will drive value from AI initiatives that support life sciences clients and internal projects. You’ll build GenAI and ML solutions, translate complex outcomes into business impact, and collaborate with Product, Strategy, and UX to deliver digital transformation. You will engage with senior stakeholders and shape projects that advance clinical trial design and execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position at a fast-growing health-tech company with a mission to accelerate medicines and improve patient outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Present AI program progress to senior leadership and translate technical results into business value
• Develop GenAI, ML, and optimization solutions tailored to life sciences
• Act as a translator between AI capabilities and pharmaceutical requirements to enable digital transformation




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Product, Strategy, UX) to drive impact
• Engage in internal development and client/consulting-style engagements
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years designing novel algorithms and applied AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact
• GenAI expertise with LangChain, Google GenAI SDK, LlamaIndex, and related tooling
• Experience leveraging GenAI coding assistants (GitHub xqbhyrx Copilot, Cursor) to speed development
• Expert Python data science stack knowledge (pandas, sklearn) and data cleaning/processing
• Stakeholder management and ability to present to non-technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to articulate complex concepts to leadership
