Position OverviewThis role is part of a structured development program designed to build technical and customer service capabilities within the Automotive OEM environment for our client PPG in Villamuriel.You will receive hands-on training on products, services, and technical support processes. The role supports the development of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior technical experts and cross-functional teams. It aims to prepare you for future roles within Technical Service.



The position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a structured 12-month training program on technical products and service processesSupport troubleshooting and resolution of technical issuesLearn and apply diagnostic tools and technical methodologiesCollaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams to resolve issuesAssist in customer communication and follow-upContribute to continuous improvement and service optimizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field1–3 years of experience in a technical environment is a plusBasic understanding of technical concepts and systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
