As Head of Internal Controls – Technology & Digital Assurance, you will be at the forefront of Siemens Energy's digital transformation journey. Working closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Data, and Digital teams, you will oversee the control environment supporting critical technologies, ERP systems, access management, and automated business processes. You will drive the adoption of continuous monitoring, digital controls, and analytics-based assurance, helping the organization manage technology risks while enabling innovation and secure growth. You will also be responsible of the Siemens Energy Segregation of Duties compliance program. We are building a future-ready Internal Controls organization. We are looking for leaders who move beyond traditional control testing and act as strategic partners in risk mitigation, process excellence, digital transformation, and business performance. This role reports to the head of Internal Controls.
Strengthen the control environment supporting Siemens Energy's digital and technology landscape
Lead assurance activities across IT general controls, cybersecurity, access management, and segregation of duties
Partner with Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to manage technology-related risks
Drive the adoption of automated controls, continuous monitoring, and data-driven assurance approaches
Support major ERP, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives through effective risk and control design
Enable innovation while maintaining a robust and scalable technology control framework
Foster a proactive approach to technology risk management and digital trust
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
~10+ years of experience in IT Controls, Cybersecurity, Digital Risk, IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Technology Assurance
~ Strong knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity frameworks, ERP systems, SoD, and access management
~ Experience supporting large-scale ERP, cloud, or digital transformation programs
~ Familiarity with data analytics,

~ Fluent English is required
