Responsible for protecting revenue by monitoring account health at scale, resolving operational risk early, and surfacing product patterns across a high-volume portfolio. Watch data across portfolio of assigned accounts and book of business; spot problems early in data and act before clients surface issues, protecting revenue
Work alongside Expansion Account Executives by providing account health summaries, flagging risks,
and surfacing commercial context they need before client conversations
translate customer experience into structured feedback for Engineering and Product teams
Leverage data and AI tools to increase efficiency and drive measurable operational improvements; Minimum 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or B2B SaaS at SMB/Mid‑Market scale
Background in fast-growth SaaS, HR tech/payroll, customer success operations, or high-volume account management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent tools; ability to quickly distinguish urgent operational risk from routine noise
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and drive measurable results (data analysis, pattern identification, operational automation)
Reliable, accountable operator who acts on data insights without waiting to be prompted; For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On‑Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
