Act as a guardian of the Architecture roadmap and Reference Architecture for the Roche Ecosystem
Guide the technical solution process to seamlessly integrate different applications and systems using the standard components and building blocks of Roche's Reference Architecture
Support Development, Solution Architects, and Business teams to effectively deliver strategic outcomes and ensure robust service delivery
Foster the delivery of high-quality maintenance, enhancements, and strategic projects in alignment with the Roche Ecosystem strategy

Minimum 10+ years of experience in business architecture or related roles, with a significant focus on reference architecture and shared platform strategies
Strong understanding of business architecture principles, including the ability to translate business goals into practical platform strategies
Expertise in software development methodologies, architectural governance, APIs, and shared services models for supporting enterprise platforms
Advanced collaboration, communication, and consulting skills in cross-functional global environments
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, including expertise in compliance-based architectural design
Familiarity with common enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe
Significant experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
