We are seeking an experienced Financial Execution Specialist to support international trade operations within a global and fast-paced business environment. This position is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in trade finance, Letters of Credit (LCs), banking coordination, international trade documentation, and transaction execution .

Location: Barcelona area (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Review, structure, amend, and process LCs in line with banking and international trade requirements.
- Monitor payment flows and support the financial execution of international trade transactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
- Review and validate shipping and logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and banking partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade finance activities.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Trade Finance with solid knowledge of Letters of Credit.
- Strong understanding of international trade documentation and payment processes.
- Experience working directly with banks and financial institutions.
- Knowledge of Bills of Lading, UCP rules, and Incoterms.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.
