We are looking for a Project Manager to work on retail and office projects in Madrid.

Key Responsabilities

- Planning,cost, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle:
- fromthe design concept through to project completion.
- Coordinationof design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers
- Preparationof minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project’sstatus
- anddecisions to be made
- Solicitationof bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams
- Technicalconsulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing)

In addition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the ManagementSystem by understanding and implementing the following:

- Compliancewith Quality and Environmental policies.
- Applicationof the Best Environmental Practices Manual.
- Compliancewith SyS’s general policies and standards.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

- Experience: At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit and out retail and office projects.
- Education: Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.



In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.
- Professional Skills and Knowledge: Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (constant communication with English-speaking clients will be required, as well as leading technical meetings). 90% of the time, work will be conducted in English.
- Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, on-site health and safety standards, and sustainability standards.
- Personal Skills: Coordination and planning abilities. Strong communication skills with clients and a strong ability to drive results by influencing others to achieve objectives
