Kompanion is seeking a junior, technically minded Operations Associate to own client onboarding and then rebuild it around AI agents. You will run onboarding by hand today, collecting documents and configuring systems, before designing AI agents to handle repetitive steps end-to-end.
The role blends hands-on learning with automation and collaboration across accounting and product teams. The position is based in Barcelona with versátil hybrid work (2–3 days per week).
