We're looking for an Account Executive to join an international and fast-growing tech team.

If you enjoy prospecting, building relationships with clients and closing deals, this could be a great opportunity for you.

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls and emails.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close new business.
- Manage your pipeline and work towards sales targets.
- Collaborate with other sales teams to generate and convert opportunities.

What we’re looking for

- 1-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales .
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting .
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle .




- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented and consultative approach.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools .
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- EU work authorization .

Languages

- Polish
- English or Spanish

Nice to have

- SaaS, e-commerce or digital technology experience.
- Experience in fast-growing companies or scale-ups.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
