Asendia Europe is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will provide day-to-day commercial support to our Business Development and Customer Success teams across Asendia's eCommerce, Press and Mail solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring that commercial activities are supported by accurate documentation, reliable data and consistent processes, working closely with colleagues across different European markets and functions.
Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial documentation in collaboration with the Commercial team.
Support tender responses, quotations and pricing requests.
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and pricing data in CRM.
Ensure the consistent use of standard commercial templates, tools and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the effective execution of commercial activities.




Contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service across the commercial function.
Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, sales operations or a similar position.
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting/documentation tools.
Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English, written and spoken.
A hybrid working model in Madrid.
