Who we want to meet?
We are looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to join the AI Programs team of a large international Travel Technology company , operating globally and delivering SaaS platforms that support airlines, travel agencies, and mobility providers worldwide.

You will support the company's AI Governance and Compliance program , helping to translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into actionable inputs for the teams responsible for implementation. The company uses Archer as its core platform for AI compliance , so previous exposure to Archer IRM is highly valued - this is a business-facing role, not an engineering one.

Location: Remote (Spain & Portugal)
Engagement type: Freelance / Independent contractor

Responsibilities:
Support the AI Governance and Compliance program, working closely with business, risk, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
Help translate functional and compliance requirements into clear inputs for technical and platform teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the teams responsible for Archer configuration and maintenance.
Track program activities,



follow up on action items, and support reporting and documentation.
Contribute to ensuring AI-related risk and compliance processes are properly reflected and monitored within Archer.
Support coordination across multiple stakeholders to keep the program on track.

Requirements:
Background in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or similar.
Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within GRC , Risk, Privacy, or AI Governance programs.
Working knowledge of the Archer IRM platform (highly valued - functional/business understanding, not technical administration).
Good understanding of GRC processes (IT Risk, Privacy, AI Compliance).
Ability to work independently while collaborating within distributed international teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:
Previous experience in AI governance or compliance programs.
Exposure to SAP GRC, IAM, or other security/compliance platforms.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
