Customer Service Representative - Fluent in English and French

At Netzon Group , we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our International Team in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will Support BISSELL and PM Connect with their products and services.

✅ Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media).
Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction,



fostering positive customer relationships.

Fluency in English and French.
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Substitution Contract (1 Month of Probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM (1 Short Day per Week).
Performance Bonus: Up to €1,000 per year
Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
Training: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
