Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Pay Rate: €800 - €900 per day About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Local Data Lead to support a major ERP transformation programme . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful migration, management, and quality of data during a global ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will collaborate with multiple markets, factories, and programme workstreams to deliver a robust data strategy that enables business processes and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a comprehensive local data strategy for ERP migration. Define data objects, master data requirements, and develop migration, cleansing, and cutover plans. Collaborate with local markets to agree on data cleansing requirements. Coordinate the rollout of integral Master Data Management (MDM) solutions . Work with technical experts to assess legacy data and define target data models within SAP S/4HANA. Lead data migration and solution build activities, ensuring alignment with programme schedules and business requirements. Manage data teams, including client staff, contractors, and system integrators. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and coordinate across program workstreams. Support governance and quality assurance of data migration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.



Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration , master data management, and ERP implementation projects. Strong knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and cleansing strategies. Experience managing multiple data projects across complex, multi-market environments. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Models (EDM) and data governance principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to simplify and prioritize complex information. Experience in business transformation programs is highly desirable. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively across cultures and remote teams.
