Engineering Manager | Solar Structures & Tracker Systems | Europe Location: Europe (Hybrid/Remote options available) Are you passionate about renewable energy and engineering innovation? We are partnering with a leading international company in the utility-scale solar sector that is looking to strengthen its Project Engineering team with an experienced Engineering Manager. This is an opportunity to contribute to the deployment of GW-scale solar projects worldwide while working on the design, optimisation and implementation of advanced solar racking & tracking systems. Key Responsibilities Perform engineering studies and structural calculations for solar support structures. Prepare and review technical documentation, including plans, assembly drawings and construction details. Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives focused on structural optimisation and cost reduction. Review technical project documentation and identify potential engineering risks. Collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support during project execution and assist commercial teams with engineering-related queries. Contribute to quality assurance activities, design reviews and engineering best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience within solar PV, steel structures, trackers, racking systems or similar industries. Strong understanding of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation. Proficiency with Auto CAD and engineering design tools. Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English.
