We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Workplace & Collaboration initiatives, driving digital workplace transformation and delivering strategic technology programs across a integral organization.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workplace & Collaboration programs and initiatives.
- Drive digital workplace transformation, including cloud adoption, service modernization, and collaboration platform improvements.
- Manage program governance, planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment.
- Monitor program performance, benefits realization, financials, and delivery quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities where required.
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operations and long-term value realization.
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in IT project, program, or portfolio delivery, including leadership of complex technology programs within international organizations.
- Proven experience with Workplace & Collaboration technologies, digital workplace transformation, cloud adoption, service rationalization, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of program management disciplines, including governance, stakeholder management, planning and control, risk management, quality management, procurement, resource management, and benefits realization.
- Proven ability to lead distributed, multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with project and program management tools, reporting, financial tracking, resource planning, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on governance, documentation, and delivery excellence.
- PMP, PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
