It also operates offices in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the UK, serving over 3,500 B2B clients with a portfolio of more than 270 pharmaceutical products.The company specialises in the European pharmaceutical wholesale market, focusing mainly on highly regulated medicinal products, supplied exclusively to pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesalers.Your future roleAs aJunior Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will join a growing regulatory team that plays a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics and full compliance across different European markets. Acting as a link between purchasing teams and warehouse operations, you will help prevent disruptions by making sure all product and regulatory information is fully aligned.This is a role with a learning curve, where you will be trained step by step and gradually gain autonomy in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Your responsibilitiesPrepare, review,
and submit regulatory documentation to the relevant authoritiesMaintain and update existing licences in line with regulatory requirementsVerify that product details comply with the regulations of the destination country and implement necessary adjustmentsCommunicate with regulatory authorities, mainly in German, ensuring clear and accurate written correspondenceMonitor regulatory changes and support their implementation in internal processesCollaborate closely with purchasing and operations teams to support portfolio expansionYour profileDegree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar) is a plusC1 level of German and C1 level of Englishare mandatoryPrevious exposure to regulatory or legal affairs is an advantageStrong attention to detail and a structured way of workingComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentOpen to local candidates and international profiles willing to relocateThis position is not suited for licensed pharmacistsWhat’s in it for youCompetitive entry-level salary of €25,000, with a structured review after 3 monthsFull-time contract (40 hours/week), Monday to FridayFlexible working hours within a defined frameworkFully on-site role, working closely with physical products and operational teamsHands-on onboarding with gradual responsibility increaseJoin a growing team in Spain while collaborating with experienced international colleaguesPrivate health insurance after 3 years#J-18808-Ljbffr
