Not your typical Personal Assistant role.
Some people wait for instructions.
Others instinctively know what needs to happen before anyone asks.
We're looking for the second kind.
Someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier for others. Someone who thrives on creating structure, solving problems and making sure everything runs effortlessly behind the scenes.
It's an opportunity to become the trusted right hand of a successful entrepreneur, supporting both his social investment fund, and his private family life. Your work will have a meaningful impact, helping a purpose-driven organisation while ensuring that everyday life runs smoothly for an active family.
No two days are ever the same. One day you'll be organising an international event for investors, the next you'll be coordinating contractors at the family home or arranging travel across multiple continents.
If you're looking for routine, this isn't your role.
If you enjoy ownership, variety and being indispensable, keep reading.
Your role
As Personal Assistant, you'll support both the professional activities, and the private life of its founder and his family.
You'll become the person who keeps everything organised, anticipates needs and ensures that both business and personal matters are handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.
You won't manage emails or spend your days sitting behind a desk.
Instead, you'll coordinate, organise, follow up and make things happen.
What you'll do
Business Support
- Coordinate international business travel and accommodation.
- Prepare visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Organise and host meetings, events and networking activities.
- Arrange thoughtful gifts and personal attentions for members and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure everything is ready before meetings.
- Coordinate business cards,
company documents and administrative materials.
- Provide operational support for the day-to-day running of the organisation.
Private Support
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers for works at the family home.
- Follow up on telecom providers and utility-related matters.
- Organise shipments, deliveries and collections.
- Coordinate the schedules and activities of three teenage children.
- Arrange vehicle inspections, servicing and practical logistics.
- Organise dry cleaning, tailoring and personal appointments.
- Assist with calendar management as responsibilities evolve.
- Anticipate practical needs before they become urgent.
This role is all about mindset.
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys helping others succeed and who gets genuine satisfaction from creating order in busy lives.
You recognise yourself in the following:
- You're exceptionally service-oriented.
- You're proactive and anticipate what needs to happen next.
- You're highly organised without becoming rigid.
- You're resourceful and always find a solution.
- You're adaptable and comfortable switching between business and private matters.
- You're discreet, trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality.
- You communicate professionally with people from all backgrounds.
- You're hands-on and don't mind rolling up your sleeves.
- You're emotionally intelligent and know when to take initiative.
- You're experienced enough to work independently but remain humble and approachable.
We're looking for someone with solid experience not necessarily someone pursuing a traditional corporate career, but someone who values long-term relationships, trust and meaningful work.
What we're looking for
- Freelance consultant.
- Available 2.5 to 3 days per week.
- Fluent in French and English (both mandatory).
- Dutch is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership.
- Flexible regarding working hours when required.
Initially, the role will require a strong on-site presence to build relationships and gain a thorough understanding of the organisation and the family's way of working. Once fully onboarded, you'll typically work one day per week on site from the office or from the private residence, with flexibility depending on priorities.
You'll join a purpose-driven international investment organisation dedicated to creating long-term positive impact. Operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, the organisation combines business expertise with a strong social mission, working closely with partners across different countries and cultures.
- A unique opportunity to work closely with an inspiring entrepreneur whose work creates social impact through international investments.
- A highly varied role combining business support with personal assistance.
- A position built on trust, autonomy and long-term collaboration.
- A dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
- The opportunity to become an indispensable partner to both an entrepreneur and his family.
- A flexible freelance collaboration with meaningful responsibility and genuine appreciation.
This role isn't about ticking off tasks.
It's about becoming the person everyone relies on.
The one who quietly makes everything work.
