About the Company

We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to support our service operations in the region and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our customers and field service teams.

About the Role

This is a key coordination role, serving as an important link between our customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales team, and headquarters. The position is responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting day-to-day field operations, and ensuring effective follow-up of customer requests and service-related processes.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and confirm onsite service visits with customers and Field Service Engineers.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for customers under service contracts.
- Monitor the AVT EMEA service inbox, respond to customer requests, and open service calls in the relevant systems.
- Follow up on spare parts and service-related processes, including shipments, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
- Support the Field Operations Manager with ongoing operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up with customers throughout the service process.
- Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales,



headquarters, and other internal teams to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of customer needs.
- Support regional service projects and additional operational activities as required.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, both written and spoken. An additional European language is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, operations, or a similar role is an advantage.
