ROLE

Whether you see yourself as the Michael Scott or Simon Sinek of this team we can assure you that you might have to be both.

In a nutshell we are looking for someone who can inspire, motivate, and coach a young team while making sure that they have all the necessary support to do their job.

This includes:

- Day-to-day coaching and support





- Follow-up on career and growth opportunities for your team

- Developing insights and reports towards management to improve lead generation

- Putting internationalization high on the agenda

You will report directly to the sales manager.

PROFILE

You are a transformational teamleader with

- Solid coaching and sales skills
- The tendency to go above and beyond for your team
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English
