We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a support team in Brussels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Experience providing first-line support by phone, email and on-site
- Very good English
- Good level of French is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable supporting MEPs and VIP users
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance – business dress code is mandatory
- Available to work shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
- Must be available to work 100% on-site in Brussels
- Willingness to obtain ITIL certification
- Willingness to attend European Parliament sessions in Strasbourg for approximately 4 days per month. Travel and accommodation are covered.
Additional Information
- 60 hours of employer-funded training per year
- Long-term contract with renewals subject to satisfactory performance
- Candidates should be confident, personable and comfortable working within a young, dynamic team
Daily Rate: €365/day
