Are you an energetic life sciences professional with a strong background in analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical project management?
We are currently seeking an Analytical Project Coordinator/Industrial Lead Associate to join a integral biopharmaceutical leader operating in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry based in Braine-l'Alleud (hybrid setup).
This position is offered as a long-term project contract (employee or freelance) starting ASAP until December 31, 2027.
In this role, you will play a key operational and coordination role within the Center of Expertise Analytical. You will bridge strategy, laboratory operations (QC), and project execution for commercial products—supporting them from late-stage development through their full lifecycle across global supply networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Support : provide analytical expertise and end-to-end coordination for specific technical projects (e.g., implementing new regulatory requirements, coordinating stability studies to support process changes).
- Lifecycle Management : implement analytical lifecycle plans and integrated technical solutions using structured project management frameworks.
- Cross-Product Processes : take ownership of cross-product business processes and operational activities within the department.
- Operational Interface :
build and maintain seamless communication interfaces between central teams and operational entities, including QC testing laboratories.
- Problem Solving : apply a pragmatic, proactive, and dynamic mindset to resolve complex technical challenges within a matrix environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with direct exposure to analytical chemistry (QC, stability, method transfers, or CMC).
- Demonstrated ability in project management, planning, monitoring, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs applied to analytical testing.
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- Customer- and results-oriented, highly autonomous, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a dynamic mindset.
What We Offer
We offer a long-term project engagement until December 31, 2027, with flexible contract options depending on experience:
- Employee : gross monthly salary up to €5,100/month (commensurate with experience) + comprehensive package of extra-legal benefits.
- Freelance : daily rate up to €650/day (commensurate with experience).
